Trustpoint.One has partnered with a top-ranked AmLaw Firm in their search for a Commercial Real Estate Leasing Attorney, with strong industrial leasing experience, for a long-term, open-ended contract opportunity. This is a hybrid opportunity located in the Firm’s Boston, Massachusetts office.This position offers a terrific opportunity to assist the Attorneys with supporting high-profile clients with a variety of transactional tasks that will include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad array of commercial leases
- Drafting additional agreements such as term sheets, letters of intent and SNDAs
- Managing due diligence
- Interaction with clients and opposing counsel
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
- Other related duties as required
The qualified Commercial Real Estate Leasing Attorney will have 5+ years of experience handling commercial real estate leases from either a leading law firm or in-house legal department. Must have strong negotiation and drafting experience. Admission, in good standing, to the Massachusetts Bar is required.
